Data Interchange -

You interchange data between folders using the dump/load capabilities of FormDuet Manager. Data can be interchanged between folders at the field level.

To move data from Folder-A to Folder-B,

1. Dump forms in Folder-A to a an external file - you can select which forms to include in the dump file.
2. Open Folder-B and load data from a previously created dump file. You can select which field data to load by creating a map between fields of Folder-A and Folder-B.

To simplify mapping between fields, an auto-map feature is available. All fields, with the same tag names and equivalent data types, are automatically mapped to each other. You can, however, override any automatic field mapping.
